Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Clothing must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returned Crystals will need to be in the same condition that you received them.

Broken or damaged crystals will not be refunded by Inspired Wholeness.  You must  damage claim must be filed with the shipping provider.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photos of the packaging and item to verify damage. 

Broken or damaged crystals will not be refunded by Inspired Wholeness.  You must file a damage claim with the shipping provider. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on Herbs, tinctures, Tea Blends, salves, and personal care goods (such as beauty products and nutritional supplements ).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
