Where We Ship

Currently we only ship orders in the United States. 

As our business grows we hope to add International service soon.

How Long Does It Take To Process an Order?

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) to process your order.

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day. 

Please note that processing and shipping delays are possible due to Covid 19. Shipping service delays and issues are out of our control.  

We do make every effort to process your order quickly but please keep in mind that we are a small business with a small team of workers. 



Domestic Shipping Rates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Some items are not eligible for return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
